To start with Head Coach Adam collects all the information required from you for your Training Plan.
This includes:

- Which events are are aiming towards
- Your current ability (speeds and distance)
- When you can train (and when you can't!)
- Current sessions you'd like building into your plan
- What equipment and facilities you have access to
- Personal details (height, weight etc)
A training plan is then produced to fit around your current sessions, time available and events/races you have planned. The programme is emailed over in a pdf format for you to work through.
