A fun and informative evening of talks designed specifically for runners
THE EVENINGDrawing from the latest science, a wealth of professional coaching experience, and real-life case studies of amateur athletes, the evening will cover everything you need to take your running to the next level. The evening will be split into 2 talks with a short break between, and will cover 4 key subjects. The evening will finish with an interactive Q&A session for the chance to get all your running-based questions answered. Coffee, tea, cake, plus a fully-licensed bar will available before the talks and during the break. |
