What is THE PLAN?
Saturday 23rd May
Sunday 24th May
Monday 25th May
- Coached open water squad session at Box End Park (warming up for a race, mass starts, sighting and drafting skills, swim exit and transition)
- Long trail run (starting from Woburn)
- Evening Talk with Coaches and Q+A session (with pizza!)
Sunday 24th May
- Squad ride out to Chiltern Hills (3-5 hours riding starting from MK)
Monday 25th May
- Coached open water squad session at Box End Park (triathlon race simulations or SwimRun practice)
- Multi Bike/Run session with transitions

Price is £39 for all sessions and talks (including pizza)
