Group coached RUN sessions aimed at improving technique, speed and fitness in a fun group environment.
Our group running sessions are an ideal way to get in your running speed work. The group is suitable for all abilities and has a great mix of abilities. You'll get a coach led warm up, a structured workout, and a little bit of fun, with each session planned by Head Coach Adam Gibson.
The group is a friendly bunch and it is a great opportunity to meet like-minded triathletes and runners.
