How it works:
Your Coach will plan and upload all your workouts on to 'Training Peaks' each week. You can then view these on a shared calendar, and get a reminder emails each day with details of the session you need to complete. The GPS file from your watch will then upload to Training Peaks when you've completed the workout, or you can manually enter the session yourself. This enables your coach to assess your progression and adjust sessions each week as you improve. Sessions are updated weekly and your coach checks over previous weeks as you progress and provides valuable feedback.

Is using an Online Coach right for me?
Online coaching works best for people who are focused enough to complete the sessions themselves but want the guidance and attention of a coach to give them the best possible chance of achieving their goals. Working with a coach ensures you constantly have someone keeping you on track, providing advice, and making sure you are always training as smart as possible.

What Adam provides that other plans don't is a tailored approach to my goals taking into consideration my fitness levels, other commitments and availability to fit in the training. This is so helpful as with previous plans I've had to swap sessions around and that then messes up the format of the training. - Niki R
